Nachodays Patch notes version 0.1.0 (Beta Beginnings)

In here you can view all of Nachodays Main sections from just a click of a button, all organized and themed to their respective sections along with Nacho Chip there to greet you on your arrival.
In the Arena face head-to-head against fellow Champions in Card based Battles to decide who the real Champion is. In the arena both players start out with a deck of cards in their Playing hand, these consist of the cards you can select from to play on that turn, both Champions pick their cards at the same time and play them at the same time, when both are ready the game will reveal what card both sides picked, and it will tell the player whether they won, lost or tied. if they won they get a point, if they lost the opponent gets a point and if they tied no one gets a point. this is the ultimate game of strategy try to predict what your opponent will pick based off of what you think they would have, what cards they have used, how well they are doing, and much more, its a 1v1 battle of Wit and IQ.
but that's not all, before the match begins you can select from a variety of gameplay features, whether it be what Game mode to play, what Difficulty to select, and what Champion to play as, these will all affect your match and its outcome, feel free to enjoy finding what suits you the most and your gameplay experience.
More In Depth
In the Arena each match starts in a 1v1 format, each Champion selects from 7 cards given upon match start, upon the match Beginning you and your opponent are given the following cards
3 Yellow Cards, 1 Trump Card, 1 Champion Card, 2 Red Blue and/or Green Cards.
you will select between them to use, once both Champions are ready the game will reveal who won and who lost and what cards they picked. each card follows a special countering system,
Red Defeats Green, Green defeats Blue, Blue Defeats Red, Yellow Defeats the previous 3, and Trump Card defeats all except for in specific scenarios.
Each card serves its special purpose in a match, but Champion Card is different, this is specific to What Champion you select to play as and how much you have them upgraded, Each Champions Card has a unique use case and its own Mechanics, they are given upon match start along with the Trump Card and the Yellow cards, each one in normal gameplay will not restore itself as they are a limited resource, so choose when and where to use them wisely, make your own strategy in each game to get all 8 needed points and come out VICTORIOUS!

(Standard Items)
here we have the Standard Items, each one of these are the main types of items you will be collecting throughout your experience with us in Nachodays, they will be used Quite often and will be an item you collect a lot of, each item serve more standard uses hence the name, each of the following listed items are all the current Standard Items;

Each one serves a unique purpose but they are all described in other sections so we will get into that later, but there is one we will get into soon, but first let's cover another feature of the BackPack
(Profile Information)
The Profile Information Section is how you'll appear to other Users in Nachodays, in here you can customize your account cosmetics and view your Gamertag, these will all be displayed in game to other users so make sure to customize them to your liking, but let's get into each feature first.
Portraits are Square Framed images that act as a sort of Profile Image for your account, these will be used in most places as your accounts main image and will be shown to others based off of what you selected to equip, while some are available upon account creation, a lot of them have to be unlocked through some other sources in the game, if one is unlocked it will be unequip able and will not appear on your account.
Titles are Bars that contain special Phrases that you can use to show the world the type of Champion you truly are in just a few words, freely pick from any of your unlocked titles for the one you like the most, as these will also be shown off to players and will act as a quick way for them to learn a lot about you in a few words so choose wisely.
and last your Gamertag, probably the most important feature in here, this will be the name people will know to call you by, these names can be anything you want, so long as it's appropriate, remember to pick the perfect one for you and to behave yourself.
Champions Menu
and lastly, we have your Champions Menu, this is the root of your gameplay experience, in here you can view all the Champions currently available inside of Nachodays, in here you can view all the information about them, see which ones you have unlocked, view their animations, Upgrade them much more, but for now let's focus on the most important of these.
(Upgrading Champions)
In Nachodays you will spend your earned Nacho Chips to upgrade each Champion, each upgrade matters as it will directly affect your gameplay, the higher the level the higher value your Nachodays Player hand can get, while it's not every card in your hand, it allows you to get the card you unlocked at that level, the Levels are separated into different Champions Ranks, currently the only 2 Ranks are Levels 0-9 being Iron Rank and Bronze Rank being level 10, while the levels in each rank offer features that are universal between each and every Champion, the Champion Ranks themselves offer far more fun and unique features than that.
(Champions Ranks)
Each Champions Rank offers a brand-new feature specific to that Champion, at Iron Rank (the one every Champion Starts at) you obtain their Champion Specific card; Champions Cards are cards that are given to you on match Start, and derive from what Champion you picked but you already know about this, but these cards are specific in what they do based off of what your Current Champions Rank is, they start out with their own mechanics and are upgraded to slightly altered versions of what they already did and for the better, making them stronger and more useful for giving you the win in the match, but that's all for here, let's go on to the next feature shall we?
The Champions Journey is a journey throughout the Nachodays Universe, use the Champions Credit you earn from winning in the Nachomon Arena to progress throughout this section, every time you spend your Champions Credit to purchase a tier in here you get a reward for it, keep going to get to new tiers and new rewards.
(Champions Worlds)
Every section of the Journey is split into Worlds, currently there are 6 total worlds, all with 15 tiers each and Unique prices for each tier reward, each world is locked upon starting the game besides the 1st world, progress to the end of each world to get the Gold Key, this will unlock the next world and let you continue progressing throughout it, keep progressing throughout each world till you get to the end, and just between you and me (you'll want to get there, trust me).
Welcome to the Holy Gacha! in here you can claim all of those Holyboxes and Explosive Surprises you earn throughout the game, you can claim them in their own specific Gacha, one being the Holybox Gacha and the other being the Explosive Gacha, while they both are basically the same thing they have 1 unique difference, the Explosive Surprises are 1 Gacha Pull but the Holyboxes are 10 Pulls straight.
Gacha Rewards
All Gacha Rewards follow a drop rate via rarity name system, instead of the Rarity names being artificial and dependent upon what the item is, all items in that rarity follow the same drop rates, first the game determines the rarity then selects at equal randomness from that rarity pull what to give you, you can get all the following rewards from the Gacha Pull;

each item serves it ow purpose in the game, but you have already read that, so we won't get into it, but there is more...
Compensation
if you manage to pull an item from the Gacha that cannot be given twice as it isn't a duplicatable item you will be given a Compensation instead, these Compensations come in Nacha Tokens, and the amount you get depends upon the rarity of the item you got a duplicate of, the higher the rarity the more Nacha Tokens you get as Compensation, and you can spend them in W.R.E.C's workshop, but more on that later.
Gacha Items
some of your games Standard Items directly affect the Gacha itself, allowing you to have more control over what you get from the Gacha and making the experience far more interactive, each Item is pulled from the Gacha itself but can also be obtained from other areas of the game, each item will directly affect your rewards;
(Power-Surge) Duplicates your Current item, (Promotional-Badge) Upgrades your item to the next Rarity (Self Destruct Button) Redoes the entire current Item, (Re-Raffle) gives you a random different item in that rarity
every rarity you use an item at can have different pricing so always check what price it has listed before using it to make sure it is truly worth the price it charges for the reward.
This is W.R.E.C’s Workshop, in here you can trade in all your earned Nacha Tokens and a few other rewards, for Items in the game, offering a direct way to get what ever you want, incase you keep getting unlucky or just really wanted that one item.
Daily Deals
Now on the main screen there are 4 daily rotating deals, these offers are discounted offers of what is always available in the Backstock, they are a discount on anything they offer so if something catches your eye snatch it while you still can, as they reset every day to brand new offers.
Backstock
And in here is the Backstock, if you ever really want something it is almost always available in here, these prices are what the Deals are based off of so these are what Etch considers the item to be its base value, hey be happy she is willing to offer so many discounts and free stuff anyways.
While most of these items are only purchasable with Nacha Tokens, in some cases that isn't the only item she is willing to accept as a trade.
Here is your settings, in here you can further customize your gameplay experience to your liking, From full audio control, all the information about Nachodays itself, to entire control over your personal data.
NachoID
In here you can view all of your Nachodays account specific data, You have your Gamertag which you already saw in the backpack, but here if you don't like the one you have set you can set it again here. You can also see your account specific user Identification Number which is used to distinguish you from all other users.
Email Account
In here you have all your Email based data, you can fully sign in with your email and brand New Nachodays specific password and your data will be retrievable on the cloud permanently, if you ever sign out or get a new device just sign back in, in this menu and you can get all your data back.
You also have your sign out feature in case you want to leave your account and make a new one, don't worry so long as you hook up the email properly and it went through, all of your data is perfectly retrievable. And yeah the last resort, you can delete your account entirely as well but only as a last resort, we never want to see you leave and miss out on Nachodays, but if you must then we will let you go…
Audio Control
The Audio shelf gives you complete control over your games audio settings, you can turn down the sounds, turn down the music or adjust it to any way you like, and if you want to keep your settings as you like it you can just directly turn off the sound and audio with no settings needing to be changed, it will simply go back to as before you ever turned them off.
Information Shelf
In here you can view all the information about Nachodays itself, whether it be to reread the legal agreements, Restart the tutorial, See all the awesome people and groups that made this game possible and the final feature, the Grand Guide, but that reminds me of something,

Champions Bonus
Every day 4 randomly selected Champions will have their end of Match Reward in the Nachomon Arena doubled for the first 5 matches you play as them in the Arena, this does apply whether you win or lose so no matter what you'll still get the buffs to your progression.
Champions Request
everyday 8 total request will be available for you to complete, they will each list an objective for you to do and when you do it they will reward you with Nacho Chips, this is one of your main ways of getting Nacho Chips in the game so always remember to complete them before they reset to maximize your progression, and if you get at least 6 Request completed you complete a 9th bonus request for just doing those Request, so have fun and enjoy the rewards.
Etch's Gift
But on top of that don’t forget to stop on by daily as Etch always loves to give you free gifts, got to build up that Customer Loyalty somehow, but either way she doesn’t ask for anything in return so its literally free stuff, and hey “free is always good,”
Information Hubs
Pretty much every single section in the entire game has its own dedicated Information Hub, in here you can learn about all the features in that section of the game, no need to ask any questions as all of the answers are written down somewhere in one of the many information hubs

Either when playing as Detective Dusk or in general if both players use a trump card it will actually give Dusk the point, it should only be if the Detective Dusk Champion Card is used then it counter its, and or the Blackout effect is active not absolute

Settings
The account information codes run before the Firebase initializer is ready on lower end devices, make sure they wait till firebase is ready before running any code at all
When account deletion confirmed “creator credits” button is still clickable

Emend Bronze Upgrade and Card Statistics have ui glitches
Champions Level ui does not update live, it disappears when leaving the scene, meaning that the local data is most likely inaccurate and taking priority over the user_data
Champions Codex buttons don't deactivate all the panels they should be deactivating

Tutorial
Gamertag button in tutorial does not submit any sort of gamertag,
If the user clicks the Holybox gacha then the explosive gacha and has no more explosive surprises left, this accidentally soft locks the user since they cant do the gacha opening to activate the ui that turns off the gacha tutorial step.

Pull history creates a fake pull history when the Gacha button is tapped, this history is deleted upon reload the section of the game, its most likely left over code from the old method of doing pull history

Rewards screen bonus visuals are not aligned properly with their reward text bars and visuals
Nachomom Overview says you lose and you get ⅓ the rewards for winning, its not at ½ not ⅓, it also has some spelling mistakes where it says “champions card which is tier to the champion” (tier) is supposed to be (tied)
Due to the Explosive surprise daily limit the rewards take time to load, if the user returns to the main menu before it loads they don't get any rewards, make the return button disappear until the rewards go through

Update Notices
Now if the user is online and their version of Nachodays is outdated they will be auto sent back to the brand scene and given their respective notice to update the game rather than continuing on an outdated game version.

Pull History now loads dynamically and more gracefully
Gacha now only loads what images it needs and a limited amount lessening device strain and making a less laggy and messy experience
Gacha Videos now attempt to fix themselves on weaker hardware if needed
Gacha Videos will auto Move on after a certain period of time in case a user is stuck on them

The game will now scale a devices Screen resolution based upon their hardware strength to help with performance and a smoother experience,

Your candy… what we just want candy ok stop being so judgmental. * Clears Throat * anyways welcome to the Decaying Courtyard, a place where you can enjoy all of the Nachoween festivities… like playing card games at the Carnival tent or giving me all your delicious candy Hehe… I mean uh oh yes, in addition with this we also, hold on lemma make sure I'm reading this right. “Updated the Ui backdrop, opening animation and Main menu Theme for the Nachoween festivities,” oh boy how fun. Oh and in addition if you give me all your oh so yummy candy I'll be willing to give you some cool little cosmetics Nacho gave me to hand out during the event. But i dont like doing things for free and he never paid me so im charging you candy pay up chump. Guess I never really asked to be paid but oh well. Anyways have fun at Nachoween or whatever…
Candy Corn Card Game
Oh boy it seems thats not all, the producers want me to go deeper in on what the card game actually is whoopdedo, anyways lets get this show on the road shall we? So you see you get 3 chances a day to play this game, each match you flip over cards to try and match them, if you manage to match 2 of the same card you get that card's reward it has displayed on it. You are given 40 turns total per match to try and get as many matches as possible, in addition the card dealer will try to mess with yah every 10 turns by activating a random event to mess with your game, goodluck pip squeak and get me that candy or else you don't get anything during this event.
Champions Rank Rework
Crown Shards are a brand new Currency tied to progressing a Champion from one Rank to the next, instead of just getting to a certain level requirement to get to the next Champions Rank, you are now gated from being able to go to the Next Rank until you get enough of that Crown Shard for that Specific rarity, you can then spend them to Upgrade their Rank, but to get to this Rank Upgrade you must first complete all 10 Levels in a Specific Rarity, once you do that you can then Upgrade their Rank and when the next rank Levels are added, you can continue on your Journey to go to the Next Rank
Crown Shards
Crown Shards are the Shards of the Champions Rank Crown, they are specific to Each Rarity of a Champion, these are the sole currency tied to Upgrading a Champions Rank, until you upgrade the Champions Rank they will be blocked from upgrading any further and be forced to stay at that Rank and level until the next ranks are unlocked.
(Our Reason for adding this)
One of the main things about Gacha Games is how Rough and Unfair it can be to some players, while we had features Like Nacha Tokens to try and help those who fell behind, many people failed to properly manage the Nacha Tokens Properly, especially those who were the deepest in their bad luck and got desperate for something, while this may have been a great feature and i plan to continue supporting it in some ways, it will have to take a bit more of a backseat so I can add this new feature Crown Shards, these are not added as ways for me to be greedy with the progression, instead its a way for us at Nachodays to hand out the Higher Rarities more generously while in return still having a safety net to not have to be so careful with the pacing in which we hand stuff out.
Storage Cap
Due to how the system will work, in order to prevent users from just hogging a bunch of these till the Next Champion is Unlocked, there will be a limit on how many can be held at once, since Bronze Rank Requires 1000 Crown Shards of that Specific Rarity to be upgraded, 2000 will have to be the Limit, this will be further Increased when later ranks increase this requirement.
This is to allow new content to actually be exciting rather than players just getting content day 1 being bored in a few hours and quitting entirely.
Nachomon Arena
Player hand Organization
Now when using a card in the Nachomon arena it no longer puts that card on the right most spot in your playing hand shoving everything to the left, this allows you to get into a better rhythm with your brain to remember where everything is and strategies better, in addition it keeps things more clean over all and starts out more organized then it did prior to this change
Play Again
Now inside of Offline Nachomon Arena Difficulties, at the end of the Match you can Tap the “Play Again” button which will instantly reload the battle and let you play again, this acts as a brand new battle and not a repeat of the last one,
Fight Tickets
A Brand new currency called “Fight Tickets” has been added to the Nachomon Arena, it has a soft cap at 20 Tickets and if you ever go below that number, every 4 hours the game will refresh your amount back up to 20 Tickets, if you play a Arena match and don't have any of these Tickets left on your account then you wont get any rewards at all, (this was mainly introduced to help balance gameplay progression and especially to help deter bot usage due to the fact it puts such a higher value and necessity on the harder difficulties within the game).
Information Hub
Added a brand new Information hub for Nachoween, Along with changed to old Information hubs information to be more relevant and added new content to some as well
Update features
Live Update Notice
The Previously added feature to prevent users using outdated game versions was entirely unfunctional, but now it should work as intended and we apologize for the issue.
Dynamic Content release
Now some content will be released periodically throughout updates rather than all at once, so make sure to always log on and see if what you wanted the most is ready for you to enjoy
Versioned Terms Of Service
Now the Nachodays Terms of Service and Privacy Policy will update via the server and will make sure to properly let you accept the newest version so you never agree to anything without being able to read it. If a new update to it is ever made it will make you agree to it upon your next reload of the game and will show the terms of service and Privacy policies date in which they were updated last, so you know which version you are really agreeing to.
While the current plan due to both coding limitations and ethical standpoints is to only update the terms of service for newer game versions, so for now this will only affect you when you update to the newest version of Nachodays
Optimization
Device Slowdown
In some areas of the game, excessively slow devices can fail to properly sync to the server creating fake data, whether it be cheating the system into a sort of “Infinite Money Glitch” or not seeing their Ui update, and when they thought they were rich the game finally updated putting them hundreds if not millions (depending upon the currency) in Nachoday's Debt, now the game in places that were deemed a common place for this to happen, it waits for slower devices to catch up to the server before it continues with the process.
Asset Usage
In our current rework of the Champions Progression, a lot of assets were stripped from the game files and replaced with more re-usable assets and better optimized ways of using them, this not only lowered the asset usage in those areas significantly, it also caused the game to no longer need to load as many new assets which should cause some slightly faster load times in those areas as an effect of this
In addition Emends Icon in the Backpack menu was previously outdated, it used a less polished and clean asset now with this set of changes it now uses the more up to date version
Gacha System
Now thanks to the Crown Shards Introduction, The Nachodays Gacha can become far more forgiving for its later rarity items, this was the Crown Shards main intention when being added so we hope you can enjoy these far more generous Drop Rates.
Legendary 0.00833% → Legendary 0.0125%
Mythic 0.0200% → Mythic 0.0250%
Epic 0.1379% → 0.3000%
The Other Rates remain Unchanged. We hope this helps provide a more fun experience with the Gacha, but the drop rates aren't all that were Buffed in the Gacha.
NachaTokens
Now due to the fact that NachaTokens especially in higher rarities became unintentionally harder to obtain because less things give them out now, we have buffed what still does give them out to make up for this
Common Compensation, (Remains the same due to how common they are) Rare Compensation (20 NachaTokens → 40 NachaTokens)
Epic Compensation (100 NachaTokens → 200 NachaTokens

This is because the higher rarities are currently far less likely to ever give you a compensation due to how they have few items in them that can be easily duplicated, but the lower rarities only lost a few items compared to already having a lot, so while they got buffed by at least double, they weren't able to go too far with it sadly.
Progression System
After some consideration we here at Nachodays realized that the progression had been slowed down far too dramatically, the proper path for the games future is to simply make the average user experience far more exciting for that most likely shorter burst of time they spend on Nachodays, that's why we have the following buffs in hopes of balancing it out more with the newer changes involving adding a lot of daily limits to achieve better content spread rather than dragging the game on far too much
Champions Request
It has been made very clear now that the game has had time to settle, that the requirement for a Champion to be upgraded from level to level gets so massive it can feel more infuriating then fun, so to help this we have buffed the amount of Nacho Chips Gainable from the request to be on average Double what they were before, we hope this and some other gameplay changes help make the game feel far more rewarding
Nachomon Arena
Per difficulty rewards
The Nachomon Arenas rewarding system felt far more unbalanced, especially as players went further and further into the game the requirements to continue enjoying the game rose far higher then the Arena could catch up to, so we have readjusted the system to reward more hard core players far more and to prevent abuse mechanics by making the harder difficulties far more rewarding. Cutting to the point, we made higher difficulties reward far more then they did before

Due to the brand new feature “Fight Tickets” serving as a far better way to prevent bot spam and player longevity, we will be increasing the daily limit by almost double in all areas to go in hand with the new Rewards increases, we want to make actually winning feel far more fun and not have the game be such a slow burner, we hope this helps your enjoyment of Nachodays

Ai Difficulty
We really want Hard Mode to be the games best and most top notch ai to face, being the most difficulty challenge you could ever wish to take on, thats why we have added a brand new RNG element to Hard mode to make it very unpredictable, we hope this is enough to help make the experience far more exciting and worth your time, we know RNG may sound lame but with an ai that isnt something as advanced as ChatGPT or something, we cant do much more then that, we are sorry if this is not what you had hoped for

Now his Black Out Effect in total last up to 8 Turns, it was originally set to last 3 turns at its strongest stage in progression, truly serving its purposes of severely punishing the use of the Opponents Trump Card

Now at Starsly’s maximum strength, the amount of cards that they can randomize is reduced from
5 Cards → 4 Cards, which should help lower the chance of all Yellow cards being deleted from your playing hand if you lose
Nacho G Chip
Nacho Power (Nacho G Chips Champion Card) at maximum Champions rank has had the Bonus Points it hands out reduced from (3 Bonus Points → 2 Bonus Points), and no longer gives any bonus points at Iron Rank but simply acts as a yellow 0, this is for playing introduction and rarity simplicity while also balancing him out into a much more well rounded Champion
Flaming Fint
Flaming Fint no longer applies the Burning status effect in iron Rank but only reduces points on the first victory, and at maximum Champions Rank Flaming Fints (Burning) status effect has its turns reduced from
(Burning Turns 3 → 2 Burning Turns)
Ms Scarlet
Now due to both the 2nd Champions Rank and Balancing purposes Ms Scarlets (Blasted) Champions card at Iron Rank is now a Red 0 Rather than a Red 9, it eventually does get buffed back up to how she is now at Maximum Rank just scales more progressively, and makes the lower ranks less of a power house.

We brought the game to a new standard background and opening theme, using NachoTown instead of Frigid Forest, because NachoTown is far more relevant than the Frigid Forest in the game and its Lore

Gacha Drop rates
Due to the fact that the common reward is simply given out when you don't get anything else, they were indirectly nerfed in this update

WE fixed a bug with Online Difficulty sometimes showing a score on the scoreboard that was not actually present on the servers score counter, making it incorrect for some user
if a user gets a higher rarity crown shard compensation and doesnt leave the Gacha Menu after that pull, the image for that reward will stay active on top of the image it was supposed to show, this is now fixed and will deactivate as soon as you go to the next reward
we have yet again made another attempt to try and fix Given Jones card sprite improperly showing his own image rather than the proper sprite for the card it became, let's hope it works and stays working
Nachodays Update 0.2.3

This update introduces some bug fixes, minor features, and completing some older unfinished features for the full release of the game.
Online Difficulty
Online Difficulty is now a fully finished server ran mode, hack proofed and ready for the many users who may use it at once, this system is far more stable and polished then the last version of it, but that doesn't mean its perfect. If you find any bugs or issues with the mode that is outside of your device being the issue, please let us know and we will be more than happy to fix it up as soon as possible.
Online Difficulty includes:
Live card battles between 2 users, fully hack proofed and cleaned up so that their will be no issues with scummy cheaters.
Users visuals such as: Portraits, Titles, Gamertag and current Champion being used are all synched up properly to smoothen the experience. All typical Nachodays based Arena systems and mechanics still apply here so it should behave as most would expect.
Server Statuses
Maintenance Break Nachodays now includes Maintenance break features to go along with the current Offline and Outdated game features. There is also a Maintenance Break Notice that will appear on the top of the users screen warning them of the incoming Maintenance. If you are playing and a Maintenance break is about to happen we suggest you log off or else you may. lose progression on your account and be unable to retrieve it.
Internet Connection The Game will continuously check the users connection status and see if they are properly connected online and to the servers, if they are not for an extended period of time they will reload the game back to the Brand section of startup. This is to help prevent users from Lagging their devices a lot causing data to not get sent properly, content not working, so many bugs to the point that we couldn't count them all and solely ruining the gameplay experience for unaware users. (This feature has been known to be somewhat buggy but was intentionally scaled back quite a lot to try and fix that, if it continues to cause issues please report it as a bug so we can make it more stable and user friendly).
Bug Fixes
Outdated Version If your game version you are currently playing is outdated and you are still logged into the game, it will send you back to the "Brand" section of the game and tell you to update it accordingly, prior this only worked upon first start up and didnt send you back if you were mid game, this is unlikely to happen anyways as a Maintenance is required to update the game, but its better then getting stuck on an outdated infrastructure.
Optimization
Storage size Through a lot of game asset and mechanic optimization, it now has cut off over 400 MB of its original 900mb size, we have plenty of methods we plan to use in the future to chop that size down even further but for now this is already an amazing accomplishment and we hope you enjoy the extra space.
Asset Ram Usage With this change to the asset sizes storage wise, we also managed to significantly improve the asset performance when a user is actively using them in game, this will make the game far more lightweight, use less battery, put less of a toll on your device, run smoother and faster, and be less buggy as well as making load times somewhat quicker between sections of the game.

Account Management
Now if youre on an anonymous account and sign into an account that is hooked up to your email, it will delete the old anonymous account since that data would be lost to time anyways and become useless clutter.
Made deleting your account also delete your legal acceptance document.
Moved the Legal Acceptance and deletion functions to server side code, since its far more controllable and manageable than a hackable in-game client is and far more reliable for the user.

The most important parts of the website, besides downloading the game i guess, are the Legal Documents, these both being the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. These two documents are legally binding contracts you’ll have to agree to in order to play our game, it simply sets up platform needed rules to be allowed onto platforms, as well as a lot of other rules around protecting ourselves in the harsh legal world out there. The Privacy Policy is also great for you as it tells you exactly how we handle your data and that fact we wanna always be open and honest about.

Optional Update
Tutorial
Now the restart tutorial mechanic finally works completely despite it being overlooked for so long
Upon tapping the “Restart Tutorial” button it will send you to the Tutorial Battle Scene properly now instead of requiring the game to be manually shut down to restart the tutorial.
Now the Restarted tutorial flow works just fine no matter what stage of the game you are in, including some bug fixes to make that work.
Bug fixes
Setting your gamerTag inside of the tutorial section when you restarted it no longer locks you there, instead it will go forward anyways whether you put in a new gamerTag, no tag at all, or the exact same tag as before so you can continue the tutorial flow.
Fixed a bug where the terms of service acceptance menu would appear inside of the logo animation section when it wasn't needed. Causing a user disturbance load up flow disturbance.
Fixed a bug where signing into an existing email would only delete the users data and not their legal data as well
Cleaned up more missing texture and asset visuals caused by the Compression change made to the games visuals, if you find any more please send them to our team on our bug reports forms or social medias (we suggest the bug reports as we check those more often for these types of issues).
Fixed audio not going through properly for some of the games ui, now the custom audio settings you have set up and the sounds should all go through properly.
